    Best vitamins I’ve taken!

    A vitamin can be perfect in every way, but if you don’t take it, it doesn’t matter. Since my RNY gastric bypass six months ago I’ve tried numerous multivitamins, probably 20 or more formulations/brand/varieties and I’ve struggled with them all (nasty flavors, nausea, indigestion) until discovering ProCare’s Prenatals. They generously sent me a two day sample (be sure to check out that offer!) and after trying them I promptly order two bottles and set up a monthly subscription. While the prenatal is a nice benefit (we’ll try for baby number 3 at some point) for now I take these for the gentle formulation. The “vitamin taste” is minimal (they’re capsules so the flavor is encapsulated, haha!) and it’s only two pills taken once daily. I’ve been faithfully taking my vitamins for weeks now and highly recommend these if you’re struggling to get your vitamins in post-op!
